Yes, you CAN make reservations, as I did. If you have a reservation, it would not be first come first served as a previous reviewer stated, your reservation will be honored before those who come without a reservation.

It is now on the Disney Dining Plan and you can make a reservation on the Disney website. It does seem that the reservations available through Disney are limited, but if you are expected to visit at a busy time, you can always call the restaurant to arrange a reservation.
