The Wormhole Barrel is a Barrel that spoke got using OP filled with exploited items. Items Include: BARRIER: Full of Barriers. SPAWNER: Full of Mob Spawners (Bedrock style ones where you use a spawn egg to change it) ENDPORTAL: Full of End Portals. WARDEN: Full of Warden Spawn Eggs.

One last thing: it took spoke a month between the duplication glitch and the nbt barrel. Which shouldn't have taken a month to set up if everything is scripted because editing could've not taken that long.
Its definitely a mod and not just a glitch. somehow he can fill a barrel (wormhole) with something in a creative (singleplayer world) and any placed barrel by him contains those same items (you can get op swords, boots and potions with commands).
The player Spoke from the Lifesteal SMP recently caused a whole commotion because he got unobtainable items in survival minecraft. Some examples are: Sharpness 1000, bedrock and portal frames, armor that gives you speed 1000 and so much more.
