If you live outside the GTA, Sportsnet Plus Premium will get you all Leafs games. You'll also get all NHL playoff games with Sportsnet, but you likely won't see the Leafs playing in any of those. The best devices to watch Sportsnet Plus are Apple TV and NVidia Shield.
Apparently the ESPN+ app has great reviews and have been well received in the streaming quality. When you sign up, you will need to have vpn already from that is activated on a US server so it allows you to subscribe and pay using PayPal.
