The Plan: This 6-week plan is designed for intermediate triathletes training for a Sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run). The plan takes you through the event specific phase of training and tapering for event. Before this plan you need to be able to: - Swim 1300 meters. - Bike 1:40 hours. - Run 40 minutes (not in one day).
