There is a Sprint update number that you can dial on your phone to cause it to download the new PRL. On many phones, you can dial the special ##873283# and press the Call or Send button to get the new Preferred Roaming List onto your device.

There’s a link on the legend/map key that you can click on that reflects Sprint SIM Network coverage. Though that link seems to not work and still only reflect T-Mobile coverage despite telling it Sprint. https://coverageort.sprint.com might work as well though the maps keep being updated regularly.
