25 Μαΐ 2021 · Text of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Article 12 lays down four broad heads which constitute the State. Firstly, there exists the Union Government represented by its legislative and executive bodies. This includes the Indian Government, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
