This Edition of the Social Security (Regulatory Authority) Act, Chapter 135, incorporates all amendments made up to and including 30th June, 2018 and is printed under the authority of section 4 of the Laws Revision Act, Chapter 4. 30th July, 2018.
The Social Security Regulatory Authority (SSRA) in Tanzania, was established under section 5 of the Social Security (Regulatory Authority) Act No.5 of 2008. Among other things, the Authority has powers to regulate and supervise the Tanzania Social Security Sector.
