Requesting a donation for your fundraiser? Please send a request letter including the name of the organization, non-profit tax ID number, mission, the date of the fundraising event and contact name and address. We will mail tickets within 2 weeks of receipt of the letter if tickets are available.

How can I request a donation for my fundraiser? The St. Louis Aquarium at Union station will donate a limited number of tickets each month to non-profit organizations for fundraisers. First priority goes to organizations whose mission aligns with the Aquarium’s mission.
For special events, including birthday parties, corporate events, or weddings and social events, please complete our online information request form so that our team can answer all of your questions. Looking for a unique gift or a souvenir to remember your visit with? Check out our Gift Shop.
We are able to donate a variety of merchandise, including memberships and ticket vouchers. Donation requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the date of the fundraising event. You must request your donation through our online form. We do not accept requests via email, mail, or phone.
