My Stack On gun safe refused to open. The battery for the keypad died, and I lost the key to open the safe.
First, open the safe by turning the handle clockwise and pulling the door open. Locate the Safety Interlock Screw on the side of the door. Remove using a Phillips screwdriver and discard the screw. Your safe can now be closed and locked. Do not lock your instruction manual and/or keys in the safe.
