We filed complaints with the office and even wrote a review on their site. They took the review down and ignored our complaints. The kitchen sink had been leaking for so long the water damage had gotten to the point that the wood was rotted and it smelled awful.

We had a terrible experience with Stan White (third rental company we have used in OBX and the worst by far). Yes, they have been there a long time and yes, they manage a lot of properties, but I spoke to many people during my week in Nags Head in August who also had bad experiences with them.
