We had a terrible experience with Stan White (third rental company we have used in OBX and the worst by far). Yes, they have been there a long time and yes, they manage a lot of properties, but I spoke to many people during my week in Nags Head in August who also had bad experiences with them.
Stan Store is already a super user friendly site, but Athena made me felt heard & valued as a customer. In a world where excellent customer service can be uncommon, I’m sooo happy that I chose Stan for my business needs!
