12 Νοε 2023 · During its first session of the 8th Term, the State Council will elect two deputies to the chairman and members of the State Council’s Office. The council members will also contest seats in the Council’s permanent committees.
15 Νοε 2023 · The session was held under the chairmanship of Sheikh Abdulmalek Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council. During the session, Salim Musallam Qutn and Sheikh Dr. Hilal Ali Al Hinai were elected as Deputy Chairmen. The two positions were contested by 17 members (6 of whom were female).
