This application IS required when a permit holder is transferring its liquor permit to another: • Owner (whether person or business) at the same location where the permit is currently issued (TRFO); • Owner at a different address location (TFOL); or. • Location where the current owner will continue to operate the permit (TRFL).
1 Ιαν 2014 · The transfer of someone else's liquor permit to you must be done pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 4301:1-1-14. This rule states, in part, that a transfer must be in conjunction with a bona fide sale of the business or assets of the permit holder.
