Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point (ATAP) allows taxpayers or their representatives to log on to a secure website and manage their account online. Please contact ATAP helpline for registration requirement questions. (Registration is not required to make payments, check refund status or view 1099-Gs.)

Go to the Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point and then select Where's My Refund? near the bottom. The state will ask you to enter the exact amount of your expected refund. You can find this by signing in to TurboTax. If you're using the mobile app, you may need to scroll down to find your refund amount.
