11 Απρ 2022 · Accident reports can be obtained by going to www.BuyCrash.com, which provides online access to crash reports. The trooper handling your accident will give you an accident report number before you leave the scene of the crash.

Record the following information if you have been involved in a collision: The exact location: Note the names of the street or streets if the collision was at an intersection. You should also note the number of the house nearest to the collision or the nearest mile marker number on an interstate highway.
Public Records Requests. The Crash Analysis & Reporting Unit provides motor vehicle crash data through database creation, maintenance and quality assurance, information and reports, and limited database access. Ten years of crash data is maintained at all times. Vehicle crashes include those coded for city streets, county roads and state highways.
File a report. DMV requires an Accident & Insurance Report to be filed by the drivers involved in an accident when: Damage to your vehicle is over $2500. An injury (no matter how minor) or death occurs. Damage to any one person’s property is over $2500.
