I found the experience enjoyable and gratifying. In summary, I believe teaching is an integral part of an academic career and I look forward to teaching a university course. As a teacher, I hope to advance the intellectual development of my students to the best of my abilities.
I have a broad set of teaching interests and, as I have demonstrated, am more than willing to teach courses that extend beyond my core research focus on government agency performance and regulatory policy.

My teaching reflects those teachers who have had the most influence upon my own education, and there seems no better way to reach my own students than to emulate their strengths and combine them with my own personal style. As a teacher, I represent more than an opportunity to get a good grade.
