For anyone else in the future seeing this who has been hijacked and had their linked email changed, try this: Go to Steam Support -> My Account -> My account was hijacked or stolen -> reset my password -> enter in a wrong phone number -> then click 'search with my account name' -> enter account name -> say you don't have your password -> then ...
