How I fixed the issue: Step 1: To fix the issue, I had to log on from an entirely seperate computer's internet browser. Because it is coming from a completely new connection, it actually sent me an access code email. Now, if it sends you the email and you get in, DO NOT LOG OUT.
When Steam Guard is enabled on your account, you'll need to provide a special code to login from an unrecognized device. Depending on your Steam Guard settings, you'll either receive an email with the special code or you'll get it from the Steam Mobile app on your smartphone.
Verify that you are accessing the email address registered to your Steam account. Check your email spam filter to ensure the message was not flagged as spam. Add support@steampowered.com and noreply@steampowered.com to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client.
4 Μαΐ 2023 · Since an update to Steam, I have not been able to login into their service. Everytime I try to login, I am sent a verification code to my hotmail/outlook email that I need to use to authenticate.
Emails to check my email-adress are coming with the code and i can do that just fine (i can even change my email-adress), but no emails are coming when i try to login to my account with my new pc. Is there ANY way to get into contact with steam support without having to login to the account?
21 Δεκ 2013 · If you're unable to access the email address attached to your Steam account, you will need to raise a ticket via Steam Support - Regaining access to your lost Steam Account and resetting your account credentials.
4 Μαΐ 2023 · After some updates, I cannot log back into my account as I am not receiving the SteamGuard codes. I checked spam, I added the main steam email accounts on safelist but I am not receiving anything. Furthermore, I tried requesting a code from the App, from the phone and the web version.
