Emails to check my email-adress are coming with the code and i can do that just fine (i can even change my email-adress), but no emails are coming when i try to login to my account with my new pc. Is there ANY way to get into contact with steam support without having to login to the account?

If you are not receiving Steam Guard emails: Verify that you are accessing the email address registered to your Steam account. Check your email spam filter to ensure the message was not flagged as spam.
