13 Δεκ 2022 · By default, Halo MCC doesn't register newly downloaded mods. So either you restart the game, or wait for the mod to finish download then start the game. I believe that's the case.

1 Μαρ 2023 · Mods still won't show up. Click exchange, says unavailable while anti-cheat disabled, so its loading safe mode properly, the mods simply are not downloading from workshop. I've verified integrity of MCC, unsubbed and subbed to the mods, they didn't update/download anything through steam.
EDIT: The fix for most people is to go to Halo MCC in GeForce Experience and set it to Fullscreen OR Windowed through there (if one doesn't work, try the other), then open the game change it back to your desired setting, if you already haven't.
12 Ιουλ 2023 · Workshop mods not showing up. For some reason MCC won't let me select any mods. It's fully updated, I'm starting it with anti-cheat disabled, and I have plenty of mods downloaded.
Cleared the Steam Download Cache in a last ditch effort to fix it, and now none of the mods are showing up in Campaign. I am playing with anti-cheat disabled. Any help would be appreciated.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection (MCC) supports the Steam Workshop, which enables players to find, download, and play mods created by other Halo players. Installing mods via the Steam Workshop allows for all new experiences in the Master Chief Collection, such as:
- I noticed on the Nexus site in the mod section of the MCC, there has been a lot of inactivity in the last few weeks; should I assume that now all content creators will move to the workshop? Do the mods on the nexus have to be manually brought by the creators to the workshop?
