The optimal quest guide lists Old School RuneScape quests in an order that allows new Members to progress in a way that minimises the amount of skill training to completion of all the quests.
This is a list of quest series which includes all quests that are recognised to share a common and continuing plotline. Quests in a series have a clear sequence and usually share the main protagonist(s) and/or antagonist(s) as well as the general storyline.
To start the Fremennik Exiles, speak to Brundt the Chieftain, in the Rellekka Longhall, and ask for a quest. Brundt will request the player to investigate a minor disturbance that occurred the previous night near the sand pit. While here, also buy 2 kegs of beer from Thora the Barkeep.
Following this exact quest order, you will be questing in the most efficient way possible in Oldschool Runescape. This guide is designed to do as little skilling/grinding as possible, and instead gain most of your experience from questing!

The Champions’ Guild is located just south of Varrock, and west of the Dark Wizards’ stone circle. Entering the Guild requires a minimum of 32 quest points from any amount of quests.
