Stop Payment. Set Up A Stop Payment Request. Quickly and easily set up your stop payments on a check or range of checks you don’t want us to pay1 online. Submit your request even if you’re enrolled in other check services such as Fraud Protection Services.
Here’s how: After signing in, choose the account for the card you want and tap "Show details". Tap "Manage" next to "Automatic payments," then tap "Edit" in the top right corner. Change the amount, the pay-from account, or turn off automatic payments. Tap "Done," then confirm your choices.

If you have access to a computer or mobile device, log in to your Chase.com account to request the stop payment from there. First, select the account that will have the payment you want to stop. Next, from the Things You Can Do menu, choose Stop Payment on a Check.
