If USPS Hold Mail service is unavailable for your address, you must submit your request in person. Please visit your local Post Office™ location and complete Form PS Form 8076, Authorization to USPS Hold Mail. The Customer Care Center is not able to submit requests for ineligible addresses.
30 Ιαν 2023 · If you want to cancel your Hold Mail request, you can simply pick up your accumulated mail at your local post office. Once you pick up your accumulated mail, the Hold Mail request will automatically be canceled and regular mail delivery will resume.
23 Αυγ 2018 · To request a mail hold, call 1-800-ASK-USPS or complete a “hold mail” form at the post office. You can make the request up to 30 days in advance or as early as the next-scheduled delivery day. The postal service will hold mail from three to 30 days.
For a fee, USPS Package Intercept ® lets the sender or recipient stop delivery or redirect a package, letter, or flat that is not out for delivery or already delivered. Most domestic mailings with a tracking or extra services barcode are eligible for Package Intercept.
