This is the 18th annual event, which involves an open water swim in the Atlantic Ocean along beautiful Jacksonville Beach, finishing just north of the iconic Jax Beach Lifeguard Station. There are three distances to choose from again this year.
Our Flyers year-round swim team enables the more experienced swimmer to improve on the four basic swimming strokes and compete with other swimmers throughout the state of Florida, while learning the importance of being a team player.

SwimRise Aquatics is a year-round USA Swimming and US Masters Swimming program in the Jacksonville area, swimming at the UNF Aquatic Facility, a 50 meter olympic size pool. SwimRise provides athletes a well-rounded experience in developing and training all 4 strokes and caters to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
