I converted a lot of mods every single mod to .pak so its super easy to install; you dont need to extract the .pak or use any program, just copypaste the mod into a folder. It took me a loooot of time, but hopefully it worth it.
Here's a list of every mod that isn't a costume/character mod on nexus. Feel free to add more from other sources or if I missed one. Updated from my post 3 months ago with a ton more stuff. Allows to install/uninstall mods while in-game on-the-fly. Initial hitbox viewer release.

21 Φεβ 2016 · I've updated my mod manager to have support for Street Fighter 5, so there's an easier way to install and uninstall mods for the game.
18 Αυγ 2017 · Simply drop the .pak files manually into the SFV installation => Paks folder. Or use a mod manager, but I prefer the first option.
