Hello everybody! Here is my progress to date :) I am 174cm (5"7). In the first photo I am 73kg (160lbs). In the second photo I am 67kg (147lbs). - It took me roughly 3 months to lose the weight with lots of plateaus and experimenting with works best for my mind and body!
