22 Ιαν 2023 · For non-CotM Druids, this is the strongest choice for a flying combat/scouting wild shape at 8th level with the Giant Vulture’s multiattack, great damage, pack tactics, and hit points all being better than the other option, the Giant Eagle.

18 Οκτ 2019 · Circle of the Moon druids gain access to Elemental Wild shape at 10th level, allowing them to transform into CR 5 elementals five levels early. Bear in mind that it uses both of your uses of Wild Shape, so make it count.
Wild Shape: Change Wild Shape so that it can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining expended uses on a long rest. Also starting from 16th level, you can Wild Shape into beasts with a CR of 2 or lower. This should introduce some better level scaling with the ability.
25 Ιαν 2024 · The Rules Behind Wild Shape. Wild Shape has a few cardinal rules you need to follow: Your Druid level determines the CR rating of the beast you can transform into. You cannot transform into a beast with swimming speed until 4th level. You can’t transform into beasts that fly until the 8th level.
I recommend staying single class moon druid and getting resilient (con), warcaster, and lucky before increasing wisdom with ASIs (vuman can have all of this at level 8). Level 5 is a bigger power spike than 2 because you can conjure animals and wildshape!
