Sungai Liang Authority (SLA) The SLA Act was enacted on April 6, 2009. It updated the Sungai Authority Order, 2007, which was enacted in April 2007 to create a one-stop agency to administer SPARK. The act is an important component of the government’s drive towards long-term economic diversification.

SUNGAI LIANG AUTHORITY: The Sungai Liang Authority (SLA) Act was enacted and commenced on April 6, 2009. It updated the Sungai Authority Order of 2007, which was enacted in April 2007 to create a one-stop agency to administer SPARK.
