I am booked for SJG in April and some of the reviews I have read lately are not very good. I would like to think management reads these reviews and try to rectify some of the complaints. Like ... how hard can it be to stock up on drinks..
Sunset JA Grande was steadily going downhill (IMO) but now the reviews seem very favorable. I don't know what to think. I love the location of this hotel but i do not want to be disappointed with lousy food, poor conditions.
Answer 1 of 8: A week ago all the reviews looked pretty good, but several new reviews are really bad.... was there a staff change? why all these bad reviews.... getting really nervious here..looking at going there.
