Put the high voltage lead back on the electrode and remount the pilot assembly with the 2 screws taken out earlier. Tighten the pilot tubing back on the gas valve and hook up the wiring harness. Turn on furnace power and gas. Test to make sure pilot is lighting properly.

24 Σεπ 2024 · No problem I attached the old spark ignitor to the pilot burner assembly. After installing the new pilot burner assembly I fired up the furnace. The pilot flame lit and then I waited for the temperature switch to get hot enough to open the gas valve.
