We recommend first-timers participate in the San Diego 4-Wheelers Annual Superstition Mountain Run in January (www.sd4wheel.com). Great area for green-sticker vehicles. Camp on desert floor near Waypoint 01 where the ground is firm and well-suited for large campers and motorhomes.
One hour of parking can cost between $3-$10, while 24 hour parking can cost from $10 to $30. There is plenty of off-street parking in downtown San Diego. Some of the most popular locations include the Convention Center , the San Diego Zoo and the Gaslamp Quarter .
Spend the day riding San Diego’s best desert trails or test your skills in Glamis, California’s Imperial Dunes. Our Full Day tours give you the chance to go farther and experience a different terrain. Renters have the option to explore San Diego’s famous Ocotillo Wells, Superstition Mountain and Glamis.

January 14-16, 2022 The San Diego 4 Wheelers invite you to join us at the 24th Annual Superstition Mountain Run, located at the Superstition Mountain OHV area just west of El Centro. We have a variety of trails from SUV to Category 5 Runs, Raffle and Games.
Superstition Mountain is located in Imperial County, north of the Plaster City OHV Open Area. This area presents an array of challenging OHV riding opportunities. Cross-country OHV use is permitted within the boundaries of this area.
