Provide them with all the information you have about the scam, including any phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact details the scammers used.

In a supported version of Outlook, select one or more messages, select Report, and then select Report phishing or Report junk in the dropdown list. Based on the User reported settings in your organization, the messages are sent to the reporting mailbox, to Microsoft, or both.
To report an email as phishing or junk: Select the email you'd like to report. Tap (...) at the top of the screen. Select "Report Junk" from the dropdown menu. You can then select whether it is Junk, Phishing, or if you'd like to Block Sender. Was this information helpful?
I need to verify my Hotmail address so my account would not be blocked in 48 hrs (by tomorrow 8am Sunday). How do I know this is a genuine email from Microsoft and not a scam, especially the sender has an address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** when I hovered over the name: Microsoft Account Team.
