Structures include the supraspinatus muscle (A), the transverse scapular ligament (B) the nerve to the AC joint (C), the AC joint with supporting ligaments (D) the coracoclavicular ligaments (E), the suprascapular nerve (F) and the omohyoid muscle (G).
