Supreme 90 Day System. Over Christmas, I bought the Supreme 90 Day System for $7.98 (after factoring in the coupon) at Bed Bath & Beyond. It's a P90X competitor/wannabe that utilizes the same muscle confusion principle.
New. "Push" it real good! 45-minute upper-body "Push" workout targeting your chest, shoulders and triceps.
I brought the Supreme 90 day system last week to start on Monday. I wanted to get the PX90 but the cost was very expensive. Money isnt flowing out of my pockets at the moment. The Supreme system is the closest thing the PX90 and the $19.99 price was so needed. I was wondering if anyone else is doing this system or just going to be starting it.
8 Ιουλ 2011 · Price: Only $19.95 vs. hundreds you can spend on other programs. Cons: Portability: You need a stability ball and dumbbells which can be difficult to travel with. Although there are modifications for some of the workouts if you don’t have a stability ball, there are no substitutions for dumbbells.
