5 Νοε 2023 · Stomach ulcer surgery is used when bleeding from peptic ulcer disease cannot be controlled. The surgery may be used to cut away areas of bleeding (gastrectomy), patch a hole in the stomach (Graham patch), or severe the nerve that stimulates stomach acid production (vagotomy).
