This office also provides liaison between attorneys, the Court, various County offices and the public, and is responsible for preparing the annual court calendar, monthly and daily trial lists, and administration of the District Justice system in the County.

It is the Susquehanna County Clerk of Courts office policy to have all Requests for criminal searches in writing and to include the Name, Date of Birth and Social Security Number. The fee for a criminal search is $15.00 per name.
To determine if a MC case has a related CP case (or vice versa), please review the "cross court docket number" field appearing on the web docket sheet (see page one in the case information section).
The Clerk of Courts office creates and maintains all files for criminal, juvenile, miscellaneous, and administrative cases. This would include all filings from court proceedings, issuance of subpoenas, bench warrants, bail bonds, etc.
