Overall, my experience at BMW of Freeport Service Department was an absolute nightmare. The staff's lack of professionalism, poor quality of service, exorbitant pricing, and disregard for customer satisfaction were utterly disappointing.
12 Απρ 2023 · The sales and service departments here are both quite excellent. I buy from this BMW dealership only and that's because of the service department run by the best technician/manager, Mike Krulewich. The best, and I used to have 4 Range Rovers full sized supercharged.
