For the Ambit3 and Traverse watches, there are two ways of syncing your exercise information to the Suunto app. You can use either the Suunto app (via Bluetooth) or SuuntoLink (via USB cable) to synchronize your training activity.
5 Δεκ 2020 · You could start with a 5-button reset - keep all buttons pressed, it takes some time, over 10 seconds for sure. Though I can’t recall if it actually clears the logbook. If it doesn’t, go through “force firmaware update” in Moveslink2. In Suuntolink it was called “restore factory settings” I believe.
22 Φεβ 2020 · @NickK I just loaded up laptop (windows 10 pro) but suunto 7 now is not recognised by suuntolink app. Tried all the troubleshooting tips it offers. Any idea? I have tried USB and Bluetooth.
11 Αυγ 2022 · I have been trying to resolve this issue on the chat line but with no success. Until yesterday on my Mac computer with the Monterey operating system activities were syncing correctly but as from yesterday nothing transfers although the Suunto link app says that it has.
To fix Bluetooth connectivity issues you most likely need to repair, but if activities from Suuntolink are not ending up in Suunto App, the most common issue is mismatched accounts.
