30 Απρ 2020 · I got an email from account-alert, saying my account has been blocked. It said that Amazon's services has detected two unauthorized devices. In turn, it gave me a link to unlock my account but I am concerned this may be a phishing scam. The email address it came from was account-alert@customercare02.com.

To report a phishing or unsolicited email to Amazon, open a new email and attach the email that you suspect is fake. Send the email to reportascam@amazon.com. Sending the suspicious email as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.
