Please note the regulations for declaring and customs clearing international goods and the import regulations and traffic restrictions in the destination country using the “Country information” online service. A billing relationship with Swiss Post is required for special conditions.

With the “Track consignments” online service, you can track the progress of PRIORITY Plus letters online in countries with consignment tracking for exports across the entire shipping route.
To track Swiss Post shipments, you need to enter your tracking number into the designated field, and click the "Carrier" button, then select "Swiss Post". If you're uncertain about which carrier is handling your shipment, the system can automatically select the carrier for you.
