Tracking. The shipment status of all items (including returns) can be tracked at any time using Swiss Post's Track&Trace system. Swiss Post offers all Swiss recipients the option of subscribing to the "My consignments" service.
Tracing Swiss Post Packages. Enter tracking number to track Swiss Post shipments and get delivery status online. To track consignments, you need the consignment number that is assigned to each consignment (for examples, see “Consignment numbers”: What are the typical formats for consignment numbers?)
