Enter tracking number to track Swiss Post shipments and get delivery status online. To track consignments, you need the consignment number that is assigned to each consignment (for examples, see “Consignment numbers”: What are the typical formats for consignment numbers?)
You can track the status of your consignment conveniently via our “Track & Trace” online service. Please note that consignment tracking for mail items being sent abroad cannot yet be fully guaranteed for all destination countries.
Track and trace Swiss Post package. Find out where your package is right now ⭐ Track your Swiss Post parcel or EMS shipment from Switzerland by tracking number.
Enter your tracking number: Type your Swiss Post tracking number accurately in the search bar and click "Track." Review tracking information : You will now be able to view the most up-to-date information about your package, such as its current whereabouts and the expected date of delivery.
Please note the regulations for declaring and customs clearing international goods and the import regulations and traffic restrictions in the destination country using the “Country information” online service. A billing relationship with Swiss Post is required for special conditions.
EMS tracking. To track your EMS item, please enter your 13 digit item number (e.g. EZ987654321XX) which is given to each EMS item. If you do not know the EMS item number, you can obtain this from the sender. Please note that the EMS Unit and the UPU do not provide tracking information by phone.
To track Swiss Post shipments, you need to enter your tracking number into the designated field, and click the "Carrier" button, then select "Swiss Post". If you're uncertain about which carrier is handling your shipment, the system can automatically select the carrier for you.
