If you’ve mistakenly upgraded to the new version and have no clue on how to get the old version back (Yahoo did a great job hiding it), I’ve got a quick and dirty solution for you. It requires a little bit of backwards thinking, but gets the job done!
Yahoo mail basic is still an available option for "low performance" browsers. Try switching to yahoo mail basic (this should be doable), then follow the link above to see if it gets yahoo mail classic. If not, then I'm out of ideas.
