Jedi Consulars channel the power of the Force for strength in combat and wisdom in diplomacy. Jedi Consulars always seek to grow their knowledge. Though incredibly rare, the Chiss have produced Force-sensitives among their people.
My guides provide the patterns to follow and some of the rationale behind it. I also highlight each class's defensive tool kit, as well as noteworthy support abilities.

So, any Force Adept Chiss who wants to develop their talent has to self-exile and join either the Jedi or Sith. This taboo against the Force can even be used to explain Chiss Non-Force PC's. After all, Non-Force toons have access to Force abilities through Heroic Moment.
You'd have to come up with a good explanation as to how did this jedi master managed to sneak into the chiss homeworld, considering they're isolationists and won't even let sith in there without their approval. Plus, being allies of the Empire, they're at war with the Republic and the Jedi.
