Main output goes to TV, monitor 2 output goes to sync box. I have tested with inputs from Apple TV, PS5, Xbox series X and it all works great. The only downside is that the sync box doesn’t automatically turn on/off, I have to manually start the sync in the app.

Sync Box: A real world review. I've spent the weekend installing and playing around with a 65" Gradient and Sync Box, and thought it might help anyone still on the fence to read an honest, real world review. This is only my personal experience, and I appreciate that others will have a completely different view.
Here's how I got it all to work: Go into the TV's home menu, and go to Source on the right. The source menu will come up above it. Navigate up to that and to the Universal Remote option at the end on the right. Once the remote settings open up, select "New Device" and enter either one.
