I have QuickConnect setup, particularly so I know it'll route through the local network when I'm at home. However I noticed my phone and laptop have been going via the QuickConnect relay lately (i.e.: I get a URL like xxx.us2.quickconnect.to rather than myip.xxx..direct.quickconnect.to)

1 Φεβ 2023 · If the services have been properly enabled but QuickConnect is still not working, you can try the following methods to troubleshoot this problem: Temporarily enable or re-enable remote access at Support Center / Support Services.
8 Μαρ 2022 · QuickConnect is not enabled. Please go to Control Panel > QuickConnect > General to enable it. I've checked all the settings and followed the Synology troubleshooting and everything looks fine.
