1 Ιουλ 2023 · I recently purchased a T-Mobile prepaid SIM card for my trip to the USA, and I'm encountering difficulties accessing the internet and sending MMS messages on my Motorola G22. Back home, my phone carrier is T-Mobile CZ, and it works perfectly fine with 4G in the Czech Republic.
10 Ιουν 2022 · Texting includes SMS and MMS but be aware that MMS uses data. So, if the data is throttled, the MMS will be throttled. Sending a 3 MB picture will take quite a while. iMessage is a data app, same answer. You might want to set your phone to not automatically download MMS content.

T-Mobile's wifi calling comes to the rescue for phone calls and 1-way SMS, but it totally fails for MMS. This is a big problem because group texting is a very common thing in the US, which uses MMS. I've tried both legacy and system in Textra, and I've tried Android Messages, all 3 are a no-go.
