The benefit of Surah Al-Masad is that it is one of the surahs of the Quran. A single letter is worth a hasana (reward), and a hasana is ten times its value to many duplicates. There is no known authentic specific benefit of recitation of Surah Al-Masad.
In addition to the virtues mentioned above, reading Surah Al-Masad has many benefits, including: Remind the Muslim of God’s power and greatness, and that God does not accept their deeds from the disbelievers. Strengthening the Muslim’s faith, and increasing his certainty in God’s promise and punishment.
