20 Ιουλ 2023 · The IE 900 is the earphone equivalent to a car manufacturer deciding to build and sell a concept car, rather than selling the more reasonable, sane version—the IE 300 in this case. Anecdotally, the IE 900 fits my ears better, despite looking very similar in shape.
19 Νοε 2023 · Tonalities are instead quite different: Andromeda is obviously warmer, consequence of some more power impressed onto 2-400Hz and some taken off from 1-2Khz. IE900 offer more airiness up above, not much resulting in terms of better clarity but rather in terms of a more realistic spatial sensation.

It is more robustly built, with better cables and earhooks that its predecessor lacked, and also a milled aluminium housing.

18 Μαΐ 2021 · Even compared to the similarly-priced, balanced armature CFA Andromeda 2020, the IE900 to me seems to deliver a cleaner image of the music, with all vocal and instrument lines having a defined structure, and adequate texturing.
