He started his acting career in 2002 with the role of ‘Guna’ in the Tamil film, Bhagavathi. He is also a car racer. In June 2014, he participated in the car racing tournament, JK Tyre National Racing Championships, at the Irungattukottai Race Track in Sriperumbudur, Chennai.
